Job Description:

  • Onboard new clients and partners, assist them with the registration process and manage all         communication between the Compliance and clients if questions arise.
  • Ensure that KYC documents provided by clients are relevant and up to date before submitting them to         Compliance for review.
  • Prepare and complete client files per FSRA regulations requirements and send them to Compliance for         review.
  • Process deposits, withdrawals and rebates.
  • Assist clients and partners with their inquiries, send informative emails and market updates.
  • Monitor CRM daily and resolve issues that occur.
  • Manage client records to ensure they are up to date and compliant with FSRA regulation.
  • Coordinate with the internal teams (Senior Management, Finance, Compliance, Execution, IT and         Marketing) as needed.
  • Support administrative functions of the company, which include communicating with the clients,         assisting visitors, purchasing office supplies etc.
  • Other tasks assigned by the senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Economics / Accountancy / Science from a recognized university.
  • Good knowledge of CFDs and FX industry, Metatrader 5 platform, CRM system (salesforce etc.), ADGM        and FSRA regulations
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer literacy
  • Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written
  • Works independently and as a part of a team
  • Must be located or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi
  • 2 years of experience in a similar position is preferable.

Responsible for the overall direction and control of the Sales function in Finior Capital. The Compliance Officer/Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) is responsible for providing regulatory support to Finior Capital to ensure that the required levels of adherence to current financial services, AML, TF, and compliance regulations are consistently met.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Legal
  • 5+ years of professional compliance and AML experience in a comparable function ideally
  • DFSA or FSRA Regulated entities

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Devising a robust risk-based written Compliance Monitoring Program and AML procedure
  • Working to develop an effective compliance training program, performing internal investigations
  • To oversee and review the company's compliance procedures to ensure that the company meets the requirements of Regulated authority, to prevent or deal with violations of Regulated authority, legal guidelines and internal policies
  • Responding to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and Code of Conduct or Ethics
  • Acting as an independent review and evaluation body for compliance matters
  • Following up on external and internal audit reports
  • Maintaining and updating the Compliance Department’s Policies and Procedures Manual
  • Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control
  • Acting as the point of contact within the Firm for competent UAE authorities and the FSRA regarding money laundering issues
  • Establishing SAR procedures and arranging for the maintenance of copies of all underlying documentation. Co-coordinating investigations into potentially suspicious activity reporting (SAR) filings to senior management or other supervisory personnel
  • Submitting SAR to FID and sending corresponding copies to the FSRA
  • Receiving and action upon any relevant government, regulatory and international findings, recommendations, guidance, directives, resolutions, Sanctions, notices or other conclusions
  • Take reasonable steps to establish and maintain an appropriate money laundering training program and adequate arrangements
  • Identifying appropriate instances to perform enhanced due diligence on potential clients
  • Periodically update the Board relating to AML and other regulatory matters
  • Review of Account Opening / Client On-boarding / KYC Documents at initiation and ongoing basis
  • Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate

IT Support / MT5 Admin

The MT5 Admin is responsible for maintaining and operating the MT5 Servers and Platforms to ensure the reliability of Finior Capital’s electronic trading services offered to its clients. IT Admin is responsible for monitoring and managing IT systems which includes physical and virtual servers, router, and networking equipment. Responsible for continuous uninterrupted operation of IT systems.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably Forex industry
  • Experience with Windows/Linux scripting language will be considered as an advantage

  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests

  • Setup and maintenance of new and existing instruments
  • Troubleshoot system issues, manage system upgrades, document processes and provide technical support for users

  • Accounts payable and Finance Administration including development of systems, controls and policies
  • Bank account management and reconciliation
  • Company accounts management
  • Expense management and control
  • Regularly reviews expenses and suggests optimization
  • Works with the rest of the management team on the Budget and Forecasts
  • Reports on capital adequacy and financial position
  • Helps evaluate new pricing models and initiatives from a financial perspective
  • Supervises and implements Payroll process
  • Ensure accurate and timely regulatory reporting
  • Manage monthly, quarterly and annual reports
  • Ensure correct tax reporting
  • Works with external audit to ensure up to date and correct accounts are prepared
